Renovation of a recreation facility in Plano, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a recreation facility.
This project will be in two (2) separate phases (Front Vestibule to Desk and Front Desk to Cardio Area) 1. Remove and/or protect all light fixtures,sprinkler & speaker covers. 2. Protect all walls and floor. 3. Remove all existing texture down to gypsum wall board substrate. 4. Patch, tape and bed any areas damaged by texture removal. 5. Apply Acrylic Polymer primer on entire ceiling. 6. Apply a new 3/8" coat of White SonaSpray Insulation over existing material to restore its original appearance. 7. Re-install & adjust light fixtures, sprinkler trim rings, and speaker covers (Flush with new SonaSpray) 8. Include in your proposal, all scissor lifts and/or scaffolding. 9. Include Supervision, General conditions, and Debrisremoval & disposal. 10. Bid based on normal working hours, Lobby shut down to public in phases as directed by the City of Plano. Include: Permit fees and sprinkler head adjustments if necessary. Oak Point Recreation Center Resurface Main Lobby Ceiling Project No. FAC-F-7636 The City of Plano is soliciting low bids to refresh the ceiling in the lobby area by removing the existing spray texture and replacing with new. This project will be completed in two (2) phases. The contractor shall include all equipment, labor cost, and materials into bid per specifications. Questions deadline: 9/27/23 at 11:00 AM
