Renovation of a municipal facility in Brandon, Manitoba. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The work is being done in a 4 storey Provincial Building with multiple offices. The Scope of Work includes, but is not limited to, a full modernization as per specifications attached. Work site location will be fully occupied during construction. If proponents are not available to attend the above scheduled optional site visit, but still wish to view the site, an appointment may be arranged by contacting the RFP Contact. Proponents are not entitled to rely on information received from CPPD, CPPDs representatives or other third parties at the site visit unless the RFP Contact has provided the information in writing. A performance bond of fifty percent (50%) of the contract price for the Project containing the same terms and conditions as the specimen performance bond included as Schedule A of Appendix 4 (Bonding Requirements) of the Agreement A labour and material payment bond of Fifty Percent (50%) of the cost of the Project containing the same terms and conditions as the specimen labour and material payment bond included as Schedule B of Appendix 4 (Bonding Requirements) of the Agreement. Question Acceptance Deadline: 2023/09/15 04:00:00 PM CDT Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
