Renovation of a multi-residential development in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
The work is being done in nine-storey residential building at 865 Sinclair Street. The Scope of Work includes but is not limited to removing and replacing the existing rooftop make-up air unit and associated electrical and structural work. Work site location will be fully occupied during construction. Where the proponent's Base Bid Price is $100,000 or greater, a performance bond (Schedule A or a form satisfactory to Manitoba) of a company registered to conduct the business of a surety in Manitoba, in the amount of fifty percent (50%) of the contract price Where the Proponent's Base Bid Price is $100,000 or greater, a labour and materials payment bond (Schedule B or a form satisfactory to Manitoba) of a company registered to conduct the business of surety in Manitoba, in the amount of fifty percent (50%) of the contract price.
