Question Deadline 09/19/2023 at 12:00 AM MT Questions are submitted online No -- MUST be submitted in writing and emailed to bidclerk@lascruces.gov The price agreement resulting from this bid will be from date of award until June 30, 2020, with the option for three (3) annual renewal, initiated by the City and mutually agreed upon in writing. *The City of Las Cruces shall reserve the right to terminate any contract entered into as a result of the bid at any time giving thirty (30) days written notice of its intent to cancel. The vendor must also provide a thirty (30) day written notice of cancellation or non-renewal.
