Clean up includes all debris, paint or any material used by the contractor to "restore" the work location back to a clean environment. The Board of Education's Maintenance Supervisor must approve all chemicals used for painting preparation. Sherwin Williams paints and primers are to be used. The LTBOE WILL provide paint. The contractor shall inform the LTBOE 48 hours (Weekday hours) in advance of beginning work. The contractor will provide a four-hour notice if they are unable to perform any work that day. Unused paint will be the property of the LTBOE.
