The work covered by this contract consists of providing all labor, equipment, insurance, accessories, tools, transportation, materials, services, incidentals, supervision, and technical competence to perform all operations required to professionally clean and inspect approximately 5.4 miles of the NBC's existing sewer system as indicated in the spreadsheet titled "Interceptor cleaning and CCTV. Questions Regarding Bid Specifications Can Be Addressed to Eugene Sorkin, Nbc Facilities Engineer Via Email Esorkin@narrabay.com by No Later Than 9/20/2023 at 3:00 Pm. This contract is to be completed within 180 calendar days from the date of Notice to Proceed. Bid Bond or Certified Check for 3% of the Bid in the Amount Stated. The Successful Bidder Must Furnish a 100% Performance Bond. For Contracts Involving Construction, Alteration and/or Repair Work, the Provisions of State Labor Laws Concerning Payment of Prevailing Rates Apply. Total Contract Footage is estimated to be 28,219 feet. The Narragansett Bay Commission reserves the right to edit or delete all or any portion of this contract at any time.
