Scope of Work The Contractor shall provide Bio-Hazard Medical Waste Removal, Disposal, and Destruction Services, to include controlled substances DEA regulated disposal that shall be performed in accordance with federal, state, and local codes, laws, and regulations. The duties and responsibilities of the Contractor may be delegated to a subcontractor that meets the scope of services defined in these specifications. Subcontractors must have prior approval by the Dallas Fire-Rescue Department and the City prior to performing services. Deadline to submit Questions Aug 25th 2023, 5:00 PM CDT Licenses/Permits: Proof of current TCEQ transporter registration must be submitted with the proposal. Failure to submit copies of required licenses and registrations may deem the proposal non-responsive.
