This project will be bid as a design- build proposal turn key project. TURNKEY PROJECT: for the Construction of a Business Incubator to be placed at the following property generally addressed as: 619 D Street (south of the existing fire hall) or the rehabilitation of existing building into a Business Incubator, located at 520 E St, Fairbury, NE. Bid Bond : Not less than 5% of the bid The project is desired to begin in Winter of 2024 or Spring of 2024 with anticipated completion by the end of 2024. Construction Schedule: It shall be assumed that the Contractor has anticipated the amount of adverse weather conditions normal to the site of the work for the season or seasons of the year involved. All work must be completed by December 31, 2024.
Envelope containing the bids shall be sealed and must be accompanied by a Certified Check or Bidder's Bond in an amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the amount bid.
