Foothill Transit is issuing this Invitation for Bids No. 23-097 (IFB) soliciting bids from qualified individuals or firms for improvements on the second and third floor of the Administrative Office building located in West Covina, as more fully described in the Scope of Work provided in Part IV of the IFB. 1. The Project consists of tenant improvements, interior renovations on portions of the second and third floors of the Administration Building: a. Second Floor: The scope includes the conversion of a Waiting/Reception room into a conference room and changing a supply room area into a call center for 10 workstations. The work includes minor modifications to the HVAC, fire sprinkler system, electrical, lighting, and telecom systems. New partitions and interior glazing to match the adjacent construction. Removal and replacement of floor finishes and vinyl applied graphics are also included in the second floor work. b. Third Floor: The scope consists of the conversion of a conference room into two separate offices. The work includes minor modifications to the fire sprinklers, HVAC, fire alarm, electrical, lighting, and telecom systems. New partitions, doors, and ceiling to match the adjacent construction. 2. Project consists of the following delegated-design submittals. Contractor is responsible for design, permitting, installation, and inspection of the fire protection system: a.
