The Texas Military Department (TMD) is seeking bids for the repair and replacement of specific overhead doors at the Gatesville MATES Complex, Bldg 56800, in Gatesville, Texas. C) Doors 17 & 52 a) Replace two (2) existing LiftMaster GH Series Logic three (3) Industrial Duty Commercial Door Operators with two (2) new, LiftMaster Logic five (5) door operators, or equivalent with minimum specifications below: 1) Three (3) Phase motor 2) Maximum 480 Volt 3) 3/4 Horsepower 4) NEMA One (1) push button control stations (Open/Close/Stop) D) Door 71 a) Replace Twenty-two (22) 16 foot x 8 inch slats in existing overhead door b) Slat Gauge: 22 c) Install a wind lock in at least every 3rd door slat. i) The total number of wind locks shall be appropriate to prevent undue friction to the door while in use during high wind events based on size of location of the door. d) Replace bottom bar with new, similar retainer/security bar with safety strip and bump stop.
