Renovation of a mixed-use development in Mobile, Alabama. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Scope of Work: Contractor shall submit to the owner a lump sum bid price for furnishing labor, materials, tools, and equipment to complete all aspects required to install a new gym floor and miscellaneous work in compliance with these specifications. o Gym is Approximately 8,750 sf (87 x 100'6") o VCT to be inspected for any loose tiles o Abrade and install a Robbins Classic 90, 9mm padded urethane or approved equal over VCT tiles. o Court Striping to include: o 1 basketball court o 3 volleyball courts o School Logo - up to 4 colors o Solid Lanes o 1' border o All metal transitions to include: o 4 = 6' doors o 2 = 3' doors o 1 = 12' transition to lobby o #420' LF or 4" resilient cove base to remove, replace by Tarkett or Roppe or an approved equal. o Bleachers to handle on both sides. 84' L x 4 rows manual. Detach bleachers, install bleacher strips and reattach bleachers and install the remaining body of floor. o Supplier shall be an established firm experienced in field and have been in business for a minimum of ten (10) years. o Colors to be chosen by owner ***As of 10/25/2023*** The bid results are not available because it has not been board approved yet.
