Renovation of an educational facility in La Sarre, Quebec. Design plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Replacement and updating of mechanical sector ventilation systems (construction equipment) and welding. Replacement of the Local CR-01 extraction and ventilation system and adapt to vehicles. Replacement of the extraction and ventilation system of Local CR-21 welding and dust collector according to new needs. Calculations and verification of the sizing of ventilation and glycol pipes; Calculation of structural modifications if required. Replacing steam air heater heating with glycol water. Renovation of the boiler room for: Increase available glycol heating power, Replace the oil boiler with propane boilers, Option to pass new pipes from BS-14 boiler room. TIMELINE: Design is underway. Tender for general contractor is anticipated in January, 2026.
