The work includes design for: o Demolition and construction required for field conversion, o Entrance drive improvements, o ADA parking and access considerations, o Player benches, o Spectator viewing, o Field lighting, o Scoreboards, and o Upgrading the existing Public Address system. Services may also include survey work, compilation of bid documents including drawings and technical specifications, coordination with the appropriate permitting and utility agencies to secure all necessary permits, Cost Estimating, Bid Review, and Construction Administrative Services.
