PROJECT: Comstock High School Renovations 3100 North 26th Street Kalamazoo MI, 49048 PROJECT DESCRIPTION: This project consists of Comstock High School renovations. The School is adding CWS/R piping in preparation for future chiller install. The kitchen and band room are receiving major renovation providing a new kitchen space and band space. Science rooms are receiving architectural upgrades and lighting upgrades. The project also includes classroom and corridor improvements to ceilings, paint, and windows. BID SECURITY: Bid Security in the amount of five percent (5%) of Base Bid(s) shall accompany each Proposal (refer to Section 00 4313) PERFORMANCE BOND AND PAYMENT BOND: All Contractors bidding on Work in excess of $50,000.00 must be bondable and must include in their Proposal the cost for furnishing a Performance Bond and Payment Bond listing Comstock Public Schools as Obligee BIDDERS REQUEST FOR INFORMATION: Submission cut off is Monday, September 20, 2023 at 12:00PM. The Owner and Miller-Davis Company reserve the right to waive any irregularities, reject any or all Bids, or accept any Bid which, in its opinion, will best serve its interests.
