Renovation of a military facility in Powderly, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.

Electrical Upgrades are needed to Buildings 135 and 136 at Camp Maxey in Powderly, Texas. Camp Maxey, Building 135 A) Remove existing distribution panel, provide and install one (1) new, 42 hole, 225 amp Distribution Panel located in Room 8 (eight). Note: Existing electrical service will be from Main Panel B) Evenly distribute and install one (1), 4-recepticle electrical outlet between every other two-man bunk on the North, East, South, and West Wall, along the entire length of each wall as well as mounted on the support columns in the center of the building. B.1) Power will be fed through Metal Clad Cable (MC Cable) in the crawl space, Electric Metallic Tube conduit to be used and standard wire where exposed. C) Provide and Replace up to eighty (80) light fixtures located in the Billets and Dining Facility (DFAC). C.1) Light Fixtures must have the ability to hold up to two (2), four (4) foot, 10-15 Watt LED Light Bulbs. D) Install two (2) new receptable circuits in the Kitchen area and add four (4), 4- receptacle electrical outlets. E) Install two (2) new receptable circuits in the Serving area and add four (4), 4- receptacle electrical outlets. F) Install one (1) dedicated receptacle outside of the Kitchen in the Loading Dock area And add one (1), 4-recepticle electrical outlet. G) Provide and replace four (4) exterior lighting wall packs with new LED Models G.1) Two (2) Packs on West side of the building. G.2) Two (2) Packs on East side of the building. C.2.3 - Camp Maxey, Building 136 A) Remove existing distribution panel, provide and install one (1) new, 42 hole, 225 amp Distribution Panel. Note: A new dedicated 225 amp service will need to be added from main panel to this new distribution panel.
