This project is generally described as replacing the existing main switchboard with new; replacing the existing 300KVA transformer in Room L316 - Main electrical room; replacing existing 150KVA transformers with new in Rooms 4305, 3306, 3213, 2106 & 1106, and providing short circuit and protective device coordination study with ARC flash. Lump sum price for construction of replacing the existing main switchboard with new; replacing the existing 300KVA transformer in Room L316 - Main electrical room; replacing existing 150KVA transformers with new in Rooms 4305, 3306, 3213, 2106 & 1106, and providing short circuit and protective device coordination study with ARC flash and in accordance with the Plans and Specifications. The undersigned understands that time is of the essence and agrees that the date for Substantial Completion of the entire project shall be on or before 17 January 2025 based on a Notice authorizing Work to proceed on or before 25 October 2023, and Final Completion shall be achieved within thirty (30) consecutive calendar days after the date of Substantial Completion as determined by the A/E. Substantial Completion Date: 17 January 2025 Final Completion Date: Thirty (30) calendars day after substantial completion date. Bidders Questions Due: 27 September 2023
