Renovation of a fire / police facility in River Edge, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.
The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities in bids and to reject any and all bids if it is in the best interest of the Owner to do so. Separate sealed bids for: GENERAL CONTRACT: RIVER EDGE POLICE DEPARTMENT ROOF REPLACEMENT All work incidental thereto, including but not limited to the River Edge Police Department Roof Replacement and as required in accordance with the Project Manual. Bids must be accompanied by a guarantee in the amount of 10% of the bid, but not in excess of $20,000.00, in the form of a certified check, cashier's check or bid bond. Bids must be accompanied by consent of surety regardless of whether a check or Bid Bond is submitted. The Successful Bidder will be required to furnish an acceptable Performance and Labor and Material Payment Bond. Such request shall be in writing, addressed to the owner's representative stipulated in the specification. Question Deadline 09/25/2023 The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following: 1. Work includes but is not limited to the removal of the existing roof system, installation of new insulation and roofing, modifications to the roof edge/coping, and all flashings and accessories.
