Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Yucca Valley, California. Completed plans call for the construction of a 40,000-square-foot, one-story above grade fitness / recreation center; for site work for a fitness / recreation center; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Scope of work to include: new single-story building (37,757 SF) with natatorium, gymnasium, offices, multipurpose rooms and supporting spaces. Associated site work consisting of new paving, parking spaces, retention basins, underground storm water tank, perimeter fencing, and photovoltaic shade structures. Bid Preparation Cost: Bidders are solely responsible for the cost of preparing their Bids. Reservation of Rights: Owner specifically reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to reject any or all Bids, to re-bid, or to waive inconsequential defects in bidding not involving time, price or quality of the work. Owner may reject any and all Bids and waive any minor irregularities in the Bids. Pre-Qualified Bidders Only: Owner will receive bids only from Bidders who pre-qualified for this Project. Bids from others will not be considered. Completion of Work: All work shall be completed within 600 calendar days for the date when the Contract Time commences to run. Prevailing Wage Monitoring: This Project is subject to prevailing wage compliance monitoring and enforcement by the Department of Industrial Relations.
