Site work for a military facility in Fort Bliss, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a military facility.
This solicitation is for a concrete pad at Fort Bliss in accordance with the attached Statement of Work and Pictures. Evaluation Factors: This requirement will be awarded based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable. In order to be deemed technically acceptable the contractor must meet all requirements in the Statement of Work, provide a plan detailing how they will perform the work required and provide a construction security plan. Contractor shall take reasonable precautions to prevent dust from becoming airborne. Precautions include: coverings, water controls, lowflow/volume spray. Application of used oil or chemical dust control is prohibited. Visible emissions shall not exceed 30%. In accordance with the SOW, the concrete pad must accommodate the modular SCIF dimensions, utility load and weight. Dimensions: 40'X8'X8'.6" Weight: 36,000.00 Lbs Utility Load: 110-120v / 50-60 Hz and 220-240v / 50-60 Hz systems to operate in various power conditions and operating environments.
