**As of November 16, 2023 project was awarded to Holbrook Asphalt, awarded amount is $6,369.95.** The bid schedules include the crack sealing of parking lots and play areas at various Washington County School District sites. The contractor must be on the plan holders list to submit a proposal. All inquiries relative to this Request for Proposal must be directed to: Mr. Bryan Dyer, Physical Facilities Director, Washington County School District, (435) 652-4730 Ext. 301. No other Washington County School District employee, Board Member, or evaluation committee member should be contacted concerning this RFP during the procurement and selection processes. Failure to comply with this requirement may result in disqualification. Questions regarding construction documents may be addressed to the Engineer's office.
