The Lee County Board of County Commissioners seeks to contract with a qualified CONTRACTOR to provide construction demolition, reconstruction, and upgrades to improve capacity, efficiency, and resiliency of the Fort Myers Beach Water Reclamation Facility. The project includes phased construction of new structures, advanced treatment systems, and significant subsurface and site improvements. The completed facility will achieve a permitted capacity of 6 MGD while incorporating modern technologies, enhanced infrastructure, and flood-resilient design features.
