Demolition and site work for a clubhouse / community center in Crestline, California. Completed plans call for the demolition of a clubhouse / community center; and for site work for a clubhouse / community center.
Building Demolition at 606 Forest Shade Road Pre-Bid site meeting and walk through, as well as summarizing questions that were received in writing before the deadline of September 5, 2023 at 3:00 p.m. Angelina Vrolyks, Mountain Transit Data Specialist avrolyks@mountaintransit.org This project scope includes: 1. Securing permit(s) from the County to perform these services; 2. Demolishing a 1,300 square foot building damaged during the 2023 winter storms. Demolition to include removal of the building and all items inside the building, as well as support beam/braces placed outside the building to support the building post collapse. A shed remains on the property and is a separate structure from the 1,300 square foot building to be demolished. As such, the shed will remain and be untouched; 3. Removal and disposal of all demolished materials in an acceptable and legal manner outside the property; and 4. Cleanup of the project site.
