Renovation of an educational facility in Oneonta, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a four-story above grade educational facility.
Blodgett Hall is a 57,000 gross square ft concrete and masonry suite style residence hall constructed in 1968. The building is 4 floors including a lower garden level used for storage, mechanical, electrical rooms and some student rooms. Overall the building has approximately 210 student beds. Internal wall partitions contain asbestos in drywall joint compounds. The building is in fair condition. Anticipated construction award: Sept 1st, 2024 Construction completion: Aug 1st, 2025 For design costs that exceed $25,000, MWBE goals of 15% for Minority-Owned Business Enterprises (MBE), 15% for Women-Owned Business Enterprises (WBE) and overall goal of 6% for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Business (SDVOB) participation will apply. SUNY reserves the right to Not accept any and all proposals received in response to this RFQ
