This procurement is restricted to those companies eligible for call orders under the Region 9 Roads and Trails Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for the USFS with the following agreement numbers: 12445522A0084, 12445522A0087, 12445522A0089, 12445522A0092, 12445522A0101, 12445522A0104, 12445522A0106, 12445522A0123 RFQ Number: 12441923Q187 Project Title: Road Construction, Otter Run, Allegheny National Forest, Pennsylvania Project Description: The Forest Service requires mobilization, drainage excavation, brushing, clearing and grubbing, aggregate base and surface placement, roadway reconditioning, roadway excavation / new roadway construction, culvert /new installation, gate installation, sign installation and turf establishment. This work is planned for three roads within the Project Location. Project Location: Allegheny National Forest, PA PSC: The primary service code is Y1LB, Construction of Highways, Roads, Streets, Bridges, and Railways NAICS: The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 237310 - Highway, Street and Bridge Construction. Delivery: The deliverables for this work will be provided to the ordering activity. The BPA is composed of small businesses. There are currently eight businesses that will receive this solicitation. The Call Order shall be issued via email to those companies listed on the BPA. Any changes to the Call Order RFQ shall also be emailed to those companies listed on the BPA.
