Furnish all labor and materials for the Air Handler Unit B-1 Replacement and Roof Top Mounted Air-Cooled Condensing Unit Replacement at Oak View Elementary School, in accordance with specifications available for pick-up from the Office of Facilities Management, 5025 Sideburn Road, Room 14, Fairfax, Virginia 22032 Any changes or clarifications resulting from this pre-bid meeting will be issued in a written addendum.
