Renovation of a mixed-use development in Lexington, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

Annex - 2nd Floor Kitchen 1. Install new 120/208-volt Emergency Power feed for a new panel to be installed. 2. Run all new emergency circuits per the drawing provided & dig ditch for new emergency feed and backfill. 3.New lights and power per drawing 4.(13) - 2x4 flat panels with surface mount kits. 5.(1)-2x2 flat panel in drop in ceiling Hallways Contract is effective with a preferred beginning date of November 1, 2023 or date of Board approval (whichever is later) through May 31, 2024. Past Offeror Performance may be considered in the award of this Contract. Offerors with a record of poor performance with the school district in the last 24 months may be found non-responsible and ineligible for award. Liquidated Damages: In the event of delay in project completion, the Contractor shall pay liquidated damages in the amount of $500.00 per day Bonds: Bids must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond, payable to the Owner in an amount of not less than 5% of the bid. A Performance and Payment Bond for the entire amount of the bid must be submitted within 10 days of notice of award.
