Fulton County Schools (FCS) invites bids for furnishing any and all goods and/or services required for Tennis Courts Resurfacing Bids are subject to rejection if the signature page is not completed and returned with the bid on or before time of bid opening. For Identification Purposes, the Contractors Name and Complete Address Must Be Clearly Printed or Typed on the Outside of the Envelope. Faxed Responses Will Not Be Accepted. Bids must be time stamped by FCS in the manner described herein in order to be timely. FCS reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive technicalities and informalities. The judgment of FCS on such matters shall be final. The Contractor shall: o Clean courts - Blow, scrape and pressure clean courts as necessary. o Standard crack repair - Clean, dry and patch with acrylic crack patch. o Birdbaths - Level birdbath areas with acrylic deep patch. o Surfacing System - Apply three color coat applications, two coats fortified with 80B silica sand and the final coat to the playing pads. Install two color coat applications to out of bounds area. The color combination shall be: Outer color - Competition Green, Inner Color - Light Blue o Lines - All court lines primed (one (1) coat) and painted (two (2) coats) with textured line paint and marked in accordance with the rules of the United States Tennis Association. o Net post and nets - Paint net post and install new nets. o Project completion by December 22, 2023.
