The original bid security shall be in the office of Contracts and Procurement before the 2:00 closing date. A pre-bid conference will be held at N/A. DESCRIPTION OF MAJOR UNITS OF WORK: Pavement Removal 1,400 S.Y. 8" Aggregate Base - Type AB-3 1,059 S.Y. 10" Non-Reinforced Dowel Jointed Concrete Pavement 1,010 S.Y. 6" Integral Curb 295 L.F. All Bids shall remain open forsixty (60) days after the day of the bid opening, but Owner may, in his sole discretion, release any Bid and return the Bid Security prior to that date. Bids shall be submitted at or before the stated time of closing. Bids received after the closing time indicated in the Invitation to Bid will be rejected.
