All Bids shall remain open forsixty (60) days after the day of the bid opening, but Owner may, in his sole discretion, release any Bid and return the Bid Security prior to that date. Bids shall be submitted at or before the stated time of closing. Bids received after the closing time indicated in the Invitation to Bid will be rejected.
