Reference Number 0000329906 The project consists of installing approximately 2,150 LF of 12-inch water main, 7,825 LF of 16-inch water main, 1,825 LF of 10-inch sanitary sewer, 1,315 LF of 12-inch sanitary sewer, 1,435 LF of 15-inch sanitary sewer, and 3,280 LF of 18-inch sanitary sewer in accordance with the Bidding Documents prepared by the Engineer. Job Location Between 31 Mile Road and 32 Mile Road, Washington Township, Macomb County Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 5 % Each bid shall be accompanied by a certified check or bank draft in the amount of 5% of the total amount bid, payable without condition to the Township of Washington as security for the acceptance of this contract. A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total amount bid issued by an approved Surety Company and executed by the bidder, may be furnished in lieu of a certified check. All questions shall be directed to Kevin Ostrowski, at Fishbeck, at krostrowski@fishbeck.com, no later than seven (7) calendar days prior to bid opening. *The Owner reserves the right to accept any bid, to reject any or all bids, to waive defects in the bids, and to make the award as may appear to be to the best interest of the Owner. No bid may be withdrawn after the scheduled closing time for receiving bids for at least sixty (60) calendar days.
