As of March 13, 2024, the project has not been awarded. A timeline for award has not been confirmed. Sealed bids are invited for the construction of the Retention Pond Repair Maintenance Project at Rappahannock Community College, Glenns Campus, Project Code # L22RC176 located in Glenns, Virginia. The project is generally described as the removal and replacement of failing retention pond riser and barrel on existing storm water management retention pond and associated tree clearing to return dam embankment to maintained state. The land disturbance is greater than 2,500 square feet and therefore ESC regulations apply. The project meets the criteria of a maintenance project per the VSMP Regulations (9VAC25-870); therefore, no storm water management plan is required. The project is also subject to the VCCS Annual Standards and Specifications. Building is open during regular business hours.
