Renovation of an educational facility in Canton, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The State University of New York at Canton will receive sealed bids for NS Energy Recovery Wheel Replacement. All Work Proposed Will Be Completed within 150 days after the date of the Notice to Proceed. Bids must be submitted in duplicate in accordance with the instructions contained in the Information for Bidders. Security will be required for each bid in an amount not less than five (5) percent of the Total Bid. It is the policy of the State of New York and the State University of New York to encourage minority business enterprise participation in this project by contractors, subcontractors and suppliers, and all bidders are expected to cooperate in implementing this policy. The State University of New York reserves the right to reject any or all bids. The main features of the work shall include, but not be limited to the following: Provide labor and materials necessary to replace the energy recovery wheels at the (2) Xetex Rotary Heat Recovery Units Model #'s AHS-2250-RT (ERU's 1 & 2) on Nevaldine South with RXA 2250 Replacement Kits, (Latest Generation SXA Sectioned Wheel Conversion Shaft, Hub, Radial Walls, Peripheral Bands and Conversion Replacement Brushes).
