Amendment 0003 This Amendment is issued to incorporate a revised Section J, Attachment J-1503040 and extend the proposal due date from Thursday, 01 August 2024 at 2:00PM EST to Wednesday, 07 August 2024 at 2:00PM EST. *****Please see attachments for more information******* The contractor shall be required to provide all labor, management, supervision, tools, material, and equipment necessary to provide the services outlined below and described in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Examples of services included: Pool Operator Maintenance, Water Treatment, Seasonal Start-Up, Seasonal Shutdown and Off-Season Maintenance and and other items necessary as defined by the RFP. *****Please see attachments for more information******* Request For Proposals (RFP) Information/Clarification Questions Contractors are required to review the entire solicitation package before submitting questions. All questions must be submitted at least 10 days before proposals are due, by email to darlene.h.tucker.civ@us.navy.mil. This is the most efficient way to ensure all questions are addressed in a timely manner. The contract term shall be for a period of 12 months commencing 30 days after notice/date of award. The Government has the option to extend the term of the contract in accordance with the "OPTION TO EXTEND THE TERM OF THE CONTRACT - SERVICES FAR 52.217-9 (MAR 2000) clause, Section I". In the option periods the Government will adjust the prices, as required, based on new Department of Labor Wage Rate Determinations.
