Site work and paving for a road / highway in Boston, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The work includes: pavement repair and replacement at various locations, for 1096 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed. The estimated project cost is: $1,625.000.00 Reference Article 5 of the Authority Contractor Agreement. C. Work Hours All Work under the Contract, except as provided below, shall be performed Monday through Friday between 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. 1. Except as otherwise directed pursuant to either paragraphs 1.24 or 1.25 of Section 01025 of the Technical Specifications, asphalt crack sealing and filling Work paid for under Line Item 19 shall only be performed on Saturdays from 7:00 a.m., to 5:00 p.m., during the time periods between April 15th to June 30th and September 15th to November 15th . 2. During the Contract Time the Authority may, at its sole discretion, with the provision of twenty (20) calendar days notice to the Contractor, direct any item of Work under the Contract to be performed Monday through Friday between 5:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m., and at all times on weekends and on Authority observed holidays. Work performed during these time periods shall be paid for as specified in paragraph 1.24 of Section 01025 of the Technical Specifications.
