Renovation of a water / sewer project in Missoula, Montana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
Description: Three building renovation projects have been identified at this time, including the following Roof and wall replacement of the St. Thomas Pressure Reducing Valve station building adjacent to St. Thomas Drive. Contractors should not attempt to access this property without arranging a visit with Missoula Water personnel. Rehabilitation or replacement of the Booster Pump Station building located at 4515 Mark Court Repair of the concrete masonry unit (CMU) wall and interior walls of the Catlin pumphouse located at 1645 S. 4th West. Other projects are likely to be identified during fiscal years FY24 and FY25. the City reserves the right to short-list as many, or as few contractors as deemed advantageous to the project or program Questions regarding this SOQ shall be submitted to: Logan McInnis, P.E.
