This work occurs at two EPA leased locations. This work description requests pricing for providing continuous preventative maintenance (PM) coverage and emergency repair (ER) coverage to the video security systems at each of the following locations: 1. EPA R8 Headquarters Facility, 1595 Wynkoop Street, Denver, CO, 80202. 2. EPA Emergency Response Warehouse, 5046 West 58th Avenue, Arvada, CO, 80002. In addition to maintaining PM and ER coverages, the contractor will perform an annual inspection on the Network Video Recorders, CCTV monitors, and all associated devices and equipment which are in-use at the identified locations - to ensure proper functionality. The contractor will deliver a 'report of findings' within 3 working days of this annual inspection. The contractor will perform annual cleaning of all CCTV cameras at both locations along with focusing, and position and view adjustments as required. The Contractor will provide any-and-all software updates. The contractor will ensure a response time within two to six-hours for all emergency maintenance calls and must have emergency repair services available 24/7/365 days-a-year. The contractor will ensure that maximum downtime is less than 24 hours. Equipment will be replaced or repaired as part of the contract at no charge to the government with exception only to the Network Video Recorders. This contract will include all parts and labor. In the case(s) of any defective equipment, said equipment will be substituted using 'loaner equipment', if required pending ordering or other replacement constraints.
