As of November 27, 2023, the project has been awarded, however, a timeline for construction has not been confirmed. Spray Foam Insulation The Board of Water Works reserves the right to reject all bids, to waive informalities, and to reject nonconforming, nonresponsive, or conditional bids. Inquiry Deadline Wednesday, September 22 nd , 2023, 3:30 pm, MST Pueblo Water is seeking to enter into an Installation Service Agreement Contract for the specified bill of services and material stated in this RFP (Request for Proposal). The service provider agrees to completely cover all interior walls and ceilings with closed cell spray foam insulation in the newly erected buildings. The price quoted for these services must be inclusive of all costs associated for qualified service technicians to complete the on-site services requested including travel, tools, and miscellaneous items not specifically listed in this RFP.
