Demolition, site work and new construction of a fire / police facility in Beloit, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the demolition of a fire / police facility; for the construction of a fire / police facility; and for site work for a fire / police facility.
This project is well under construction. The Town of Beloit will be accepting sealed lump sum bids for Bid Package #1 for the New Town of Beloit Fire Station #2, 1143 East Inman Parkway, Beloit WI 53511 -Bid Packages out for bid are as follows: BP#1-02 Demolition; BP#1-03 Cast-in-Place Concrete; BP#1-05a Structural Steel; BP#1-05b Cold-Form Framing & Trusses; BP#1-31 Earthwork; and BP#1-33 Site Utilities. Bid package #2 for remaining Trades will be issued at a later date. All interested subcontractors should contact FQC to make sure you get on the bidders list for BP#1 and BP#2 future release Town of Beloit reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive irregularities and to accept the bid from the lowest responsive, responsible bidder which is considered to be in the best interest of the Town of Beloit. All bids must be accompanied by a Certified Check or Bid Bond equal to 10% of the bid amount, and the successful bidder will also be required to furnish a 100% Payment and Performance Bond as noted in the Bid Documents.
