Site work and paving for a road / highway in Boise, Idaho. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.
Capital City Development Corporation (CCDC), the urban renewal agency for the city of Boise, Idaho, will accept submissions about qualifications from companies licensed in Idaho with both construction manager and public works contractor licenses to perform CM/GC services for the agencys Capitol Boulevard Streetscape Improvements, Boise River to Myrtle Street Project CCDC anticipates using the CM/GC delivery process to complete this project. The CM/GC ranked highest from this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) process will be asked to negotiate a contract. If a contract cannot be negotiated, CCDC will ask the next highest ranked company to negotiate a contract. Companies are not guaranteed work nor compensation until under contract with CCDC.
