Renovation of a mixed-use development in Cornwall, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a parking garage.
This project is to replace the four overhead doors, as they are showing signs of normal wear and tear. Entering the underground parking lot; there are two overhead doors that allow secure access to 42 vehicles per day and get a lot of usage. The other two overhead doors are in the shipping and receiving bay at the ground level: and house the waste and recycling bins, and access for building delivery items. Along with the door replacement, the following items must be considered: operator, rail system, springs, cables, control panel, and weather stripping. Overhead doors are approx. 7 x 9 feet (width). Consultant to conduct regular site inspections (as the completion of the Work requires it but at minimum, to occur once a month once construction starts); and carry out/coordinate as applicable the General Review/Field Review of the Work. Prepare and distribute Site inspection reports with site photos and/or other Review reports as required Question Deadline 10/25/2023 at 2:00 PM ET Official bid documents must be obtained from www.bgis.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
