Site work for a mixed-use development in Princeton, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; and playground / park / athletic field.
Sealed Bids will be received by the City of Princeton for Park Lane Sanitary Sewer Lining and is further described as follows Project consists of 962 lineal feet of 8 sanitary sewer cured-inplace pipe liner, approximately 17 lateral service reconnections, along with bypass pumping and other ancillary items. The Bid shall be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond, in the amount of five percent (5%) of the gross amount of the bid and be payable to the order of the City of Princeton. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Bids and to waive any informalities in the bidding. Bidder accepts that liquidated damages shall be assessed at $250 per calendar day. Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing Question Deadline 09/26/2023
