Notice is hereby given that the City of Moberly, Missouri, the Owner, will receive sealed Bids in Council Chambers, City Hall, Moberly, MO 65270 until 2:00 P.M. local time on the 9th Day of October, 2023, at which time Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud for the project, DOWNTOWN CSO STORAGE FACILITY, City of Moberly, Missouri. The work to be done generally consists of demolishing an existing parking lot and subsurface garage and constructing approximately 50,125 cubic feet of storage utilizing 60-inch HDPE pipe, restoring the parking lot, and appurtenances. A Bid security in the amount of five percent of the Bidder's maximum Bid Price is required. Bidding Documents will be distributed on behalf of the City by Jacobs Engineering Group, Inc.
