Site work for a civil project in Algona, Iowa. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.

This project consists of five separate construction divisions with two alternates for each division. Alternate 1 is the 0.5" drainage coefficient design and Alternate 2 is the 0.75" drainage coefficient design. Division 1 consists of approximately 20,940 linear feet of Main Tile Improvement. Two alternates exist for Division 1. Alternate 1, the 0.5" Drainage Coefficient, consists of approximately 2,770 linear feet of 54" diameter RCP tile, 4,183 linear feet of 48" diameter RCP tile, 1,574 linear feet of 42" diameter RCP tile, 2,312 linear feet of 36" diameter RCP tile, 3,694 linear feet of 33" diameter RCP tile, 5,605 linear feet of 24" diameter RCP tile, 801 linear feet of 21" diameter RCP tile, cross connections with the existing tile, connections of both existing private tile and district facilities to the new tile, placing trench foundation stone, and all related structures and/or fabricated tile elbows. Alternate 2, the 0.75" Drainage Coefficient, consists of approximately 2,770 linear feet of 60" diameter RCP tile, 5,757 linear feet of 54" diameter RCP tile, 2,312 linear feet of 48" diameter RCP tile, 3,694 linear feet of 36" diameter RCP tile 2,031 linear feet of 30" diameter RCP tile, 1,556 linear feet of 27" diameter RCP tile, 2,819 linear feet of 24" diameter RCP tile, cross connections with the existing tile, connections of both existing private tile and district facilities to the new tile, placing trench foundation stone, and all related structures and/or fabricated tile elbows. Divisions 2, 3, 4, and 5 consist of all tile crossings of roadways within the Kossuth County Secondary Roads Department right-of-way. Divisions 2, 4, and 5 are open cut road crossings and Division 3 is a bored crossing using a steel casing pipe. All road crossing divisions are also divided into alternates for 0.5" Drainage Coefficient and a 0.75" Drainage Coefficient. All Divisions and Alternates also include any and all other miscellaneous items related thereto. Est.
