Saving Project...

Renovation of a fire / police facility in Regina, Saskatchewan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.

The City requires a qualified general contractor to provide renovation and construction services at the following fire stations, with the majority of work at Fire Stations 3 and 7: - Fire Station 1 (2585 13th Avenue), Fire Station 2 (1700 9th Avenue N), Fire Station 5 (2700 E Arens Road), Fire Station 6 (303 Rink Avenue) - Supply and install an industrial extractor, along with related plumbing and electrical. - Fire Station 3 (2640 31st Avenue) - Industrial extractor, window and lighting upgrades, fire alarm replacement. - Fire Station 7 (132 Victoria Avenue) - Facility expansion to create a turn-out room, industrial extractor, window and lighting upgrades. The work shall be complete at most stations by June 30, 2024. All work will be in and around operating Fire Stations that provide life safety to the citizens of Regina. Daily coordination with Fire personnel will be required to minimize interference. Deadline for Questions & Submission of Alternates: Tuesday October 3, 2023
