The Successful Vendor shall have all necessary licenses required to do the work and give all notices and obtain and pay all necessary permits required by local laws and regulations for building. B. PRICING 1. Pricing must include all labor, materials, tools, and equipment to perform Work. 2. Pricing will not change during the Contract Period. C. SUMMARY 1. The work shall consist of the removal of the existing doors. 2. The Contractor shall be responsible for removal of all debris from the demolition and replacement of the doors. 3. The Contractor shall work on one door until completion before moving to another door. 4. The building will remain fully operational throughout the project and must be able to be secured at the end of each day. 5. Work hours will be between 7:00 am and 3:00 pm Monday through Friday. 6. All delivered materials shall remain in original packaging until ready for installation and must be protected from the elements. a. The County will not accept any material damaged by the weather/elements. 7. The Contractor shall be responsible for fully adjusting each door after installation. 8. The County will retain possession of the historic doors and staff will advise of storage location. 9. During and After construction, clean glazing unit according to manufacturer's specifications. 10.
