The Racine Unified School District, Racine, Wisconsin, is seeking proposals from qualified individuals and/or organizations to provide Construction Management Services for the above-referenced project. The District invites any qualified individual or organization to respond to this RFP. The Respondent must be responsible, regularly, and practically engaged in providing the goods or services requested and possess ample resources for providing the Construction Management Services required for this project. Proposals shall not be transmitted by Email or Fax Machine. Proposals submitted by email or fax machine will not be accepted. All Respondents, by submission of their proposal, agree to abide by the rules, regulations, and procedures of Racine Unified School District. All proposals shall be valid for a period of ninety (90) business days after the scheduled due date. Late proposals may not be accepted and will either be destroyed or returned to proposer unopened and removed from award consideration. Late proposals due to unforeseen circumstances or acts of God out of the control of the Respondent will be considered on a case-by-case basis. It is understood that the RUSD reserves the right to accept or reject any, or all responses received because of this request, request additional information, waive minor irregularities in the procedure, negotiate with any qualified source, or cancel this RFP in part or in its entirety without indicating any reasons for such rejection(s) The omission of any information may be sufficient cause for the rejection of the RFP response. Further, RUSD makes no representations that a contract will be awarded to any respondents responding to this request. RUSD expressly reserves the right to reject any and all proposals responding to this RFP. RUSD reserves the right to postpone due dates and openings for its own convenience and to withdraw this solicitation at any time without prior notice. RUSD, in its sole discretion and without cause, may terminate this RFP, Purchase Order or Contract, in whole or in part, at any time without incurring liability to the Respondent for lost profits, or any other costs of damages. All proposals received by due date indicated on front page will become the property of the District and will not be returned to the respondents.
