AIRPORT ON-CALL ARCHITECTURE: The City of Philadelphia, Department of Aviation, seeks qualified Applicants to provide on-call professional and comprehensive architectural design services at Philadelphia International Airport and Northeast Philadelphia Airport. The Office of Economic Opportunity has set participation ranges of 15-20% MBE--AND/OR--15-20% WBE. The City of Philadelphia ("City"), Department of Aviation ("Aviation") seeks qualified Applicants ("Applicant(s)") to provide on-call professional and comprehensive architectural design services at Philadelphia International Airport ("PHL") and Northeast Philadelphia Airport ("PNE") or the ("Airport".) It is anticipated that the initial term of the Contract shall commence on January 1, 2024 (the "Initial Term") and, unless sooner terminated by the City pursuant to the terms of the Contract, shall expire up to twelve months thereafter, on December 31, 2024. The City may, at its sole option, amend the Contract to add up to four (4) additional successive one-year terms ("Additional Terms"). Except as may be stated otherwise in such amendment, the terms and conditions of this Contract shall apply throughout each Additional Term. The City will respond to questions it considers appropriate to the RFP and of interest to all Applicants, but reserves the right, in its discretion, not to respond to any question.
