Site work and paving for a road / highway in Fort Worth, Texas. Working plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The City of Fort Worth intends to extend Everman Parkway from Rosedale Springs to Cameron Hill Point. The project is currently in the pre-schematic design phase with a rough-order-of-magnitude construction budget of $30M. The City intends to deliver this project using the Progressive Design-Build method. An industry awareness meeting will be held Thursday September 14, 2023 at 9:00 AM online via Webex (no in-person option) with interested attendees to answer preliminary questions. A Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is expected to be released at the end of September 2023 followed by a Request for Proposals (RFP) for shortlisted teams in November 2023. Meeting attendance is non-mandatory to be eligible to respond to the RFQ, and the City will hold a separate Pre-RFQ Submittal meeting following the release of the RFQ.
