All answers to inquiries will be posted on the ACHD online Question Deadline 09/20/2023 at 4:30 PM MT Question Response Deadline: September 21, 2023, 4:30pm ACHD reserves the right to reject all proposals or reject any proposal not conforming to the intent and purpose of the Contract Documents whenever such action appears to be in the best interest of ACHD. Award of a contract pursuant to this procurement may be delayed, without penalty, for up to sixty (60) calendar days after the date of submission. If Bid Security is required, proposals must be accompanied by an original certified check, cashier's check, or a bid bond (collectively referred to hereafter as "Bid Security") issued by a surety authorized to issue such bonds in the State of Idaho, in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total amount of the proposal submitted
