Fabricated Structural Steel - Re-Bid Description : Fabricated Structural Steel CONTRACT TERM: 36 MONTHS Deadline for Questions: 12:00 PM Central Time, 27-FEB-2024 The Chief Procurement Officer reserves the right to refuse to award a Contract to any bidder that is in arrears or is in default upon any debt or contract, or that is a defaulter, as surety or otherwise, upon any obligation to the City or other government entity, or has failed to perform faithfully any previous contract with the City. Award of Contract; Notice of Award The Contract consists of the Bid Documents. Upon the acceptance of the Bid and award and execution of a contract by the City pursuant to the Bid Documents, the Bid and the Bid Documents become the Contract Documents, which collectively comprise the Contract. The Department of Procurement Services will, by written notice, notify the Bidder that is, per the Basis of Award provision, the lowest responsive and responsible Bidder of the City’s award of a Contract.
